This year holds many changes for U.S. healthcare, including modifications to the Physician Quality Reporting System. The most significant change for 2014 is that the claims reporting mechanism is no longer available as an option for reporting the Rheumatoid Arthritis Measures Group. While you can’t report the RA Measures Group through claims for 2014, you can report the measures group through a registry, such as the Rheumatology Clinical Registry (http://www.rheumatology.org/Practice/Clinical/Rcr/Rheumatology_Clinical_Registry). Listed below are some additional facts regarding 2014 PQRS.
