The ACR practice management team is offering a free, tailored, one-hour lunch-and-learn series on coding and compliance for G2211 to ensure billing accuracy with the new add-on code for evaluation and management (E/M) services that went into effect Jan. 1. This workshop will give hands-on training to help rheumatology practices maximize reimbursements and minimize claim denials or rejections. It will also provide key insights on navigating documentation and coding challenges.
Participants will learn about key topics, including:
- Services to which the add-on code applies;
- Who can bill G2211 and in what circumstances; and
- Documentation and meeting medical necessity.
The webinar is the latest in a series of resources developed to assist members, practices and their staff with coding updates. To schedule a lunch-and-learn training session, contact Melesia Tillman at [email protected]. For additional questions on billing and coding for G2211, contact the ACR practice management department at [email protected].
