RheumPAC Lounge & Donor Event

Investing in RheumPAC is a great way to support the future of rheumatology, and it also affords you some great perks during ACR Convergence 2024. RheumPAC donors will have access to the RheumPAC lounge, which is a great place to chat with ACR staff, grab a quick snack or beverage or sit down and relax for a bit.

On Saturday, Nov. 16, from 7–10 p.m. ET, RheumPAC invites all donors for an evening of fun and camaraderie. First, you’ll have the option to complete an escape room alongside your peers. Escape rooms demand teamwork as players use visual, spatial and analytical skills to solve puzzles. After that mental workout, join us on the rooftop at the Hotel Washington for a drink, delicious food and amazing views of Washington, D.C. The ACR Hub

The ACR Hub will be the home base for all things ACR on Nov. 16–18 during ACR Convergence, including advocacy efforts. This year, we’re giving ACR members the opportunity to write to their lawmakers about two issues that are critical to the rheumatology care community: Medicare physician reimbursement and growing the rheumatology workforce. We’ll have all the supplies you’ll need to craft your message, and we’ll take care of sending them off to Capitol Hill. Make sure to swing by the Hub to make your voice heard.

Campaigning for Rheumatology: Legislative & Policy Update

Are you curious about what might be next on the healthcare policy front after the November elections? The ACR advocacy team will be on hand to provide an overview of what we might expect in an end-of-year funding package, as well as what the 119th Congress may hold for rheumatology.

Campaigning for Rheumatology: An Election Year Legislative and Policy Update will take place Nov. 17 from 9-10:30 p.m. ET in Room 152A.
