Advocating for Patients
Dr. Worthing brings this same level of dedication and enthusiasm to his private practice, with offices in Washington, D.C., and Chevy Chase, Md., which he shares with 17 other rheumatology physicians. His patients describe him as dedicated and always ready to listen. In addition to seeing patients, Dr. Worthing stays involved within his practice by participating in several management committees to address topics including electronic health records, adopting new therapeutic techniques, and updating and acquiring new practice equipment.
When he’s not working in his practice and volunteering with the ACR, Dr. Worthing enjoys spending time with his wife and their two children. He enjoys staying active and recently competed in a triathlon, after which he was grateful for the outstanding physical therapy experts in his practice who helped with his recovery.
