January coding scenario: A 55-year-old man comes in for a scheduled visit of methotrexate injection and infliximab infusion. The patient also has an E/M visit that has a problem focused exam and the medical decision making is straightforward. The infusion lasts for two hours and 28 minutes using 580mg of infliximab. The patient was injected with 15mg of methotrexate. How should this be coded?
