Even after the term of my committee appointment has run its course, I will continue to attend Advocates for Arthritis. If our patients are willing to come to Capitol Hill to advocate for us, we owe it to them to show up in large numbers. We will not change our current environment and the state of medicine by staying at home and leaving it to others. Now is the time for action. I encourage you to apply to attend the ACR’s Advocates for Arthritis conference this year. I guarantee you will not regret it.
