Conclusion
The risk of preterm birth and cesarean delivery were increased in pregnant women with PsA, associated with exposure to anti-rheumatic treatment during pregnancy, especially biologic treatments. Because parity influences the risk of preterm birth in women with PsA, special attention to first pregnancies is warranted. Women with PsA should receive individualized monitoring during pregnancy.
